Our platform uses an AI-powered booking assistant ("Astoru") to help you find and book villas. You understand and agree that:

• The AI assistant provides recommendations based on the information you provide
• While we strive for accuracy, the AI may occasionally provide incomplete or inaccurate information
• All bookings facilitated by our AI are subject to confirmation by the actual villa owners/operators
• We are not responsible for any misunderstandings or miscommunications between you and the AI assistant

3. Booking and Payments

When you book a villa through our platform:

• You are entering into an agreement with the villa owner/operator, not with Nolux Asia
• You are responsible for reviewing and accepting the specific terms and conditions of the villa owner/operator
• Payment processing is handled securely through our platform, but the financial transaction is between you and the villa owner/operator
• Cancellation policies are set by each villa owner/operator and may vary

4. Memberships

We offer membership plans that provide benefits such as discounts on bookings and additional services. By purchasing a membership:

• You agree to the specific terms of your chosen membership plan
• Membership benefits are subject to availability and may change
• Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated

5. User Accounts

To use certain features of our platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

6. Limitation of Liability

Nolux Asia serves solely as a platform connecting users with villa owners/operators. We:

• Do not guarantee the accuracy of villa descriptions, availability, or amenities
• Are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of any villa
• Do not act as an insurer or as a contracting agent for you or any villa owner/operator
• Are not liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your stay at any villa booked through our platform

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nolux Asia, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
